Get a Mortgage Pre-Approval
 

To be successful in a home search, knowing how much you can afford will go a long way in guiding you to your home.
You don’t want to fall in love with a property only to find out it’s outside your price range.

That’s why I recommend one secures a Mortgage Pre-Approval letter. This is a document from your bank or a lender that states how much of a mortgage you are able to take on.
The advantages of getting this pre-approval are:

  • It gives you the peace-of-mind of knowing you can afford homes you view on the market, and you won’t have problems arranging financing.

  • It’s a sign to sellers that you are a serious and prepared buyer. This gives us the edge when requesting to view the home and always us to put in a contract offer for a home that you are ready to commit to. 
     

You can obtain a Mortgage Pre-Approval with your bank or a  lender. My team and I have many connections to the Real Estate scene, so if needed, I can recommend some great lenders to you who offer down payment assistance and grants to help you when purchasing your property. 

**Getting a Mortgage Pre-Approval does not cost you anything, but your credit will be pull.
**Getting a Mortgage Pre-Approval does not give you an actual loan. You will not be given an actual loan until you find a property and we have obtained a contract to buy the property. In other words, getting a pre-approval does not mean you will actually have o purchase a property or pay anything.
